Established 2025. BON started with a simple idea — that coffee is better shared. Specialty drinks, real community, and a space that feels like culture, not just a counter.
The Origin
BON opened its doors on May 17, 2025.
What started as a simple idea — to give Boston a specialty coffee experience that felt genuinely human — became something none of us expected. We found a space on Charles Street, painted the door red, and told a few friends. By 8am on opening day, the line stretched around the corner.

That line set the tone for everything BON became. Not a transaction. A gathering. The red cup was a signal: something worth stopping for is happening here.
One Year Later
Boston showed up. That's what Brewing Connections looks like.
One year in, we served over 60,000 cups, hosted 40+ events, and watched our regulars become a community. The BONistas showed up every single morning with the same intention we opened with.
Fenway is coming next. But no matter how many locations we open, the red cup stays the same. The intention stays the same. Boston, this is for you.
